Any email address which does not bear the email domain “___@orientcorporation.com” is not an email address belonging to the Company. Any emails to and/or from a non-@orientcorporation.com email address shall have no legal effect on nor constitute proper notice to the Company.

All documents executed with a company stamp must be accompanied by an authorized signatory of the Company.

The company stamp as shown below is obsolete since 02 January 2015.

2. 本公司的印章使用必须同时附有本公司授权人签名才具法律效力。

3. 本公司以下图样的印章自2015年1月2日已作废，本公司不再使用。
